 This view of the pool shows the light blue pool surface which is nice and cool and does not reflect too much sun. The pool furniture is first class, notice the recliners with tables for you cool drinks while you are soaking up the rays. There is a pool maintenance company that comes by every Wednesday and tests the chemical levels in the pool and cleans the filters. This keeps the pool sparkling. Remember while you are out in the sun you should use sun screen. I use SPF 30 myself to prevent overexposure to the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun  This beautiful Florida vacation rental home called, the Dolphin House, is in a quiet residential community where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. the Dolphin House has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and all new appliances. All linens are supplied. All you need is your tooth brush and your clothes. This is a very complete vacation home with all the comforts of home. Our guests all say that the pictures of this home do not do it justice. Your vacation in this beautiful home will be one that you will remember for years to come. 
The view from the windows in the Florida Room and from the back yard overlooks the water. This is the canal benhind the house. It leads directly to the Gulf. Sometimes you can also spot dophins, sea turtles and manatees in this canal. If you are interested in fishing, you can also fish from the dock and the seawall in the backyard. There is screened in back porch on the back of the home (with 2 ceiling fans to circulate the Florida breezes) where you can sit and enjoy the evenings. As you can see from this picture, this is a "Very Upscale" neighborhood with Power boats and sail boats behind many of the homes. 
This ariel photo shows the community the Dolphin House is located in and the
private beach for members of the beach club. There are about 1800 homes in this Gulfside community with the vast majority of them on the water. Some of the homes are on the golf course, and these are not on the water. The beach on the left is the "private beach" for beach club members only. Because you are staying at this beautiful Florida vacation home, you will have beach membership and can use the beach facilities. This Florida vacation rental home will help make your vacation a great family experience! Dolphin House is located in Gulf Harbors, New Port Richey, Florida, about 35-40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. This very clean 2 bedroom / 2 bath canal home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and sleeps 6 pluss a toddler bed. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two tin beds, and the Florida room has a daybed with trundle bed. 
The new HEATED pool in the back yard is a delight!. There is a boat dock
with hoist, and a floating dock at the bottom of the backyard. Bring your own boat, or use
the boat and motor available with the house (inquire if your would like to use it). The
canal is clean and clear and leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. It is fine for swimming, and
you can go fishing right in the backyard. There are fishing poles and gear in the garage
for your use. Also in the garage are 2 bicycles, lawn and beach chairs, sand and pool toys
for the kids, a picnic set for the beach and so on.
With this house you get a guest pass to the private Gulf Harbors Beach CLub nearby. The beach is beautifully maintained with cabanas and picnic areas and closed to the public so it's never crowded. Sit under a palm tree and read, picnic, or enjoy the sun setting into the Gulf. The fishing is great in the flats areas, so take the boat out and explore Anclote Key, and do some fishing. Guests enjoy eating fish they caught themselves the same day. You can't get fresher fish than that ! There is also a private Golf Club in the community, so if you are a bolpher, the course is just a half mile from the house. We are planning on putting some golf clubs in the garage for guest use. There is a barbeque for your use as well. The hammock makes a great place to de-stress, and the hammock frame rolls easily for your choice of sun or shade. If you like to stay active, please visit our favorite spot, Tarpon Springs. This is an authentic Greek sponge fishing village just 10 minutes from the house. You can get great food, souvenirs, and stroll the sidewalks of this quaint town. For the kids and the young at heart, Weekeewachee Springs has a water park, mermaid show and river tubing a half hour away. Bush Gardens in Tampa is less than an hour drive, and Orlando / Disneyworld is about 1 and 1/2 to two hours away. There are numerous nearby state parks to explore. The world famous beaches of St. Pete / Clearwater are less than an hour away. For gamblers there is a gambling cruise ship nearby, and waterfront restaurants and charter fishing and sailing. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I love staying at the Dolphin House. You will too! And for 1/2 the cost of a comparable condo, all the amenities, and much more privacy. |
