This beautiful home is just as nice as the $1500/week homes, only it is smaller and more affordable. The Florida room has large windows that overlook the water where boats are tied to their docks. In the picture you can see the dining area with the glass top table. Just to the left is the kitchen area..... The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances that you require. Included are all pots and pans, casarole dishes, place setting for 8, toaster, blender, coffee pot, etc... 
The Kitchen has been completely remodeled. The new sink is positioned in front of a pass through that looks into the Florida room. The person that is in the kitchen can be a part "of the action" in the Florida room. The tile Floors kelp to keep the home cool in the summer time and are very easy to keep clean and neat for our guests. There's a jacuzzi tub for two in the main bathroom. We have TV, VCR, radio & CD player, CDs Books and puzzles. 
The screened in back porch has a patio set and two large ceiling fans. We're fond of having our morning coffee there and watching the water, and an evening meal or cocktail at the end of the day.  The view from the Screened in Porch overlooks the new HEATED swimming pool. This is the perfect place to spend the afternoon watching the kids play in the pool. The boats in the canal are in the background. Youngsters and Oldsters alike will enjoy fishing from the docks. 
The Living Room has very nice "Florida Style" couch and loveseat, along with a
comfortable recliner. You can see the ceramic tile on the floors.. This home is fully stocked with all of the amenities that you will need for an enjoyable vacation. The only thing you have to bring to this vacation home is your toothbursh and your clothes. 
The Florida room has large windows on 3 sides and we have a new day bed with trundle bed.
The trundle bed slides under the day bed. The matresses are brand new on all of the beds in
this home.The Dolphin bedspread is in keeping with the dolphin theme of this completely remodeled dome... 
Here is a picture of the King Size bed in the Main Bedroom. This is a new bed
with a very nice matress. The ceiling fan provides a cool breeze (along with the manditory air conditioning!) so you can enjoy a restful nights sleep after a day in the sun. 
The Second Bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are now "Dolphin / Tropical Fish" bedspreads on these beds
that contribute to the "Dolphin theme" of the house.
This home sleeps a total of 6. Master Bedroom has king size bed. Second Bedroom has 2 single beds. Florida Room has a Day bed with a trundle bed that slides underneath for storage. There is also a toddler (baby) bed. |

The Dolphin home is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a heated pool in the back yard.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.
